Naked Man Exposes His Sausage At Waffle House

A witness said, “I wouldn’t know how to tell my kid what was going on at that time … He was built like a potato.”

David Moye  Reporter, The Huffington Post

He was showing a “waffle” lot of skin.

A Georgia man is facing public indecency charges after allegedly trying to force his way into a Waffle House while stark naked.

Bashir Rasheed, 36, was arrested June 7 after he drove his BMW to a Waffle House in Sandy Springs, got out of the car and tried to enter the restaurant sans clothes, according to NBC26.com.

Witnesses told police that Rasheed began stroking his penis after exiting his car and walked up to the entrance where he allegedly pressed his sex organ against the glass entry door, according to CBS46.com.

A restaurant employee immediately called 911 to explain the situation, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

“This is the Waffle House. A gentleman just got out of his car and is naked standing in front of my door. He just peed on my door and now he’s walking inside. ‘Sir, you cannot come in here.’”

CBS46.COM

Derwin Rodgers said he was attempting to eat when he saw the brazen display of flesh outside his window.

Instead of eating his vittles, Rodgers decided to go viral by live streaming the incident.

“It kind of shocked me as a customer, ruined my meal,” Rodgers told WSB TV. “I immediately went to video.  I didn’t know what he was going to do.”

Rodgers told the station that something was obviously wrong with the naked suspect.

“He was saying a lot of different things.  He’s hot, he’s burning up. Apparently he was. It must have been Death Valley out here. He was butt naked,” Rodgers told the station.

Still, the incident presented a challenging parenting moment for Rodgers.

“I wouldn’t know how to tell my kid what was going on at that time, to see a grown man,” he told the station, adding, “He was built like a potato.”

Eventually, Rasheed retreated to his car and was arrested a short time later.

Officers said he was just coherent enough to identify himself to authorities since, asWBRZ.com pointed out, he obviously didn’t have pockets for his wallet.

However, Rasheed was unable to explain to officers why he was naked.

Even worse: Officers said the suspect grabbed himself and began to urinate while they were still talking, according to the arrest report.

Rasheed was medically evaluated at a nearby hospital before being cited for public indecency and released, according to the station.

In this bar fight at one of Key West’s most famous watering holes, it wasn’t a spilled drink or sleazy advance on someone’s wife that led to blows.

According to the police report, a fight broke out between two couples this week when someone, who Friday remained unidentified, allegedly broke wind inside Sloppy Joe’s, 201 Duval St.

“The argument was due to someone farting,” police were told by a man who went to the hospital for a dislocated shoulder after the scrap.

Richard McBride, 53, and his girlfriend Sandra Stoner, 55, both of Naples, said they were caught up in a physical altercation after the argument arose “over a fart,” Officer Igor Kasyanenko wrote after last Monday’s incident.

The couple said they were drinking with friends at the bar when Stoner traded words with an unidentified woman before getting out of her seat and confronting her in “an aggressive manner,” police said.

An unidentified man tried to pull the woman away as others began to step into the dispute, including McBride, who pushed the man, police said. The man retaliated by striking McBride in the face and McBride responded by tackling, Stoner told police.

The unidentified couple took off and police said they couldn’t find them. Later at Lower Keys Medical Center, McBride said he didn’t want to pursue charges and signed a release form.

Stinking drunk bar patron busted for fart spray, police say

April 15, 2016

Some stories you just can’t make up

Earlier this month a man was arrested in Georgia for stinking up a bar with fart spray

Police said the man was drunk. Wow, big surprise

Blake Leland Zengo, 20, was arrested this month in Athens, Ga., after police say he sprayed liquid fart smell in a downtown bar. Clarke County (Ga.) sheriff

Genuine fart smell is now available in a bottle

Houston Chronicle

Twenty-year-old Blake Zengo learned two valuable lessons about bar-hopping this month.

Don’t do it if you are not old enough to drink legally.

And never, ever, shoot off a can of liquid fart smell into a crowded bar, ’cause that’s just all kinds of gross.

Police in Athens, Ga., arrested Zengo for both of those offenses, according to the Athens Banner-Herald.

The first clue that something rotten was going on inside Whiskey Bent at 1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night was when police saw patrons rushing out, complaining about “how bad it stunk inside,” the police report said.

People told police that Zengo was stinking up the place — literally. Police found a bottle of spray liquid called Liquid A** in his pants pocket.

You are forgiven if you’ve never heard of Liquid A**. Here’s how the prank product is described on its website.

“Once unleashed, this power-packed, super-concentrated liquid begins to evaporate, filling the air with a genuine, foul butt-crack smell with hints of dead animal and fresh poo,” it says.

“Watching the facial grimaces of people and hearing their comments about the part-your-hair, gagging stench will have you laughing until it hurts.”

One woman actually experienced those “facial grimaces” after Zengo allegedly sprayed her in the face. She later declined to press charges against him.

Police reported that Zengo, reportedly a University of Georgia student, was “very inebriated” and “slurring his words.” They charged him with disorderly conduct, public intoxication and underage consumption of alcohol.

Yep. These are the kinds of stories we go to journalism school to report.

A 56-year-old man in eastern Ontario is wanted by police on a mischief charge, after he allegedly threw a propane tank into a fire during an argument with his son’s girlfriend over whether the Earth is flat or round.

Police say the argument broke out among three family members who were sitting around a campfire at St. Lawrence Park, in Brockville, Ont., on Monday. A woman refused to back down from her assertion that the Earth is flat, and her attitude ultimately pushed her boyfriend’s father over the edge.

After attempting to drop several truth bombs about the shape of the planet, the 56-year-old man started throwing items into the fire, including a propane tank.

Police and firefighters were called to the scene of the argument to extinguish the flames.

The man fled the scene and is expected to face mischief charges when he is apprehended, police said in a statement.

“Neither party would change their views,” police said in a statement.

The Brockville spat is only the latest flat-Earth debate to make headlines. In January, recording artist B.o.B. got into a heated Twitter war with astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson over the shape of the Earth.

For the record, Ferdinand Magellan led the first expedition to successfully circumnavigate the round Earth, from 1519-1522. Magellan himself did not live to see the end of the journey.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 54-year-old Cleveland man has been arrested and is charged with ethnic intimidation and assault after police say he threatened to cut his black neighbors, while calling them a racial slur and invoking Donald Trump.

Timothy Stewart, 20, was visiting his grandfather at his East 55th Street home when a neighbor, 54-year-old Henry Slapnik, came out from the rear of the apartment with a knife, according to police reports.

Police were called to the apartment June 3 and found Stewart standing in the driveway, “flaring” his arms and yelling that a man was trying to cut him and his grandfather, also named Timothy Stewart, reports say.

The responding officers reported that Slapnik appeared intoxicated, and made a profanity-laden statement to the officers before saying, “I’ve been here 10 years, they only been here one,” according to police reports.

“The RNC will take care of them, Donald Trump will fix them because they are scared of Donald Trump,” Slapnik told officers, according to police reports.

Police did not recover the knife that Slapnik used.

Neither Stewart nor Slapnik could be reached at their home address Tuesday. Steward did not respond to voicemails left at his listed telephone number.

Slapnik was indicted Friday on felony charges of assault and ethnic intimidation. He also faces five counts of aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor, as well as one count of criminal damaging.

Slapnik served a series of incarceration terms in the early 1990s on theft and drug trafficking charges.

He is scheduled for arraignment June 24.

US rapper threatens Donald Trump while toting stolen gun

June 11, 2016: Demarcus Davis, a rapper known for his anti-Trump videos, was caught with stolen guns when he included the distinctive weapons in one of his clips.

A US rapper brandishing stolen guns and threatening Donald Trump in a viral video has been arrested after a firearm salesman recognised the missing weapons.

Star of reality show Sons of Guns Joe Meaux immediately spotted the custom-made guns when he clicked on a link titled “Rapper Threatens Trump”.

“As I’m watching it, I’m thinking these guns are very recognisable. As I watched more, I realized that they were very familiar. They were stolen from me last year,” he told Fox News yesterday.

When the gun salesman called authorities he was informed police and the Secret Service were already aware of the social media post made by Demarcus Davis, 22.

Going by the name Maine Musik, the rapper posted the video to Instagram saying he wanted to “go to war with Donald Trump because Donald Trump is tryin’ to take food stamps from my momma and that’s all… she got”.

“Let Donald Trump know it’s up over here. We want war; we’re going to declare war,” he said.

“F— Donald Trump.”

Davis was arrested earlier this month and is facing drug and gun possession charges.

Charges: Man returned to crime scene to fire bullets at police

By McKenzie Romero   |  Posted Jun 14th, 2016 @ 12:12pm

SALT LAKE CITY — A man accused of opening fire on police officers who were investigating reports that he was making threats in the area has been charged with attempted murder.

Police were able to locate the documented gang member, who goes by the moniker “Foolish,” by tracking the GPS ankle monitor he was wearing as a condition of his parole.

Jose Fonseca, 27, of West Valley City, was charged in 3rd District Court Monday with two counts of attempted murder, a first-degree felony; three counts of assault against a peace officer, a second-degree felony; and one second-degree felony count of possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

He is also facing six counts of aggravated assault and nine counts of discharging a firearm, all third-degree felonies.

Police believe the May 29 shooting was gang-related.

According to charging documents, Fonseca went to the neighborhood near 1071 W. Wenco Dr. looking for a man, but found his younger brother instead. As Fonseca asked after the man, the brother and a friend told police he kept his hand near his waistband where the handle of a gun was visible.

The two men said Fonseca told them “bad things” were going to happen to them if they didn’t tell him where to find the brother, the charges state.

Seeing what was happening from a nearby window, a sister of the two brothers called police. The woman was on the phone with police when Fonseca grabbed her brother’s arm and briefly tried to pull him toward his vehicle before he broke free, according to the charges.

A parolee was arrested after police say he threatened a man and fired at officers.

The woman, her brother and his friend headed for a relative’s home as Fonseca drove away in his black four-door sedan, still holding the gun, they told police.

Four Salt Lake police officers were on the scene interviewing the group and other witnesses when the black car returned, cruising slowly past Wenco Drive, charges state. The lead officer reported hearing a pop and the whistling of a bullet flying past him, followed by pops from more gunshots. The car fled before officers could get closer.

One officer’s body camera recorded nine gunshots fired, according to the charges. No one was injured in the shooting.

At the time of the incident, Fonseca was on parole and was wearing a GPS ankle monitor, police said. Data from the ankle monitor confirmed Fonseca was on Wenco Drive at the time of the shooting.

Officers then used the ankle monitor to track Fonseca to a house in West Valley City, where the black Mazda 6 he had been driving was located and Fonseca was arrested, charges state.

Fonseca told police that he was on Wenco Drive that day but denied involvement in the shooting.

According to state court records, Fonseca pleaded guilty in 2007 to attempted murder and discharging a firearm from a vehicle, both second-degree felonies. He was sentenced to serve a year in jail.

Fonseca has also been convicted of third-degree felony joyriding, and a second-degree felony for possessing a dangerous weapon as a restricted person.

Barricaded situation ends after 11-hour standoff with empty Redford home

By Nick Monacelli – Reporter , John Steckroth – Digital news editor

REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police believed a man had barricaded himself in his Redford home Saturday morning, shutting down a neighborhood and leading to an 11-hour standoff with an empty house.

The police situation happened in the area of Winston and Acacia streets.

The standoff began at about midnight.

Tear gas canisters were fired into the home and a robot was used to try and find the man inside.

The home was found empty when authorities entered late Saturday morning.

It appears to have stemmed from a domestic situation. A husband and wife’s argument became violent, sending the couple through the glass front door. The wife told police her husband stabbed her.

The wife said the argument started after she told her husband she wanted a divorce after about six weeks of marriage.

The husband had apparently left the home before police arrived.

Officers had asked the public to avoid the area. Several streets were blocked off.

The Livonia Special Response Team assisted Redford police with the scene.

Kenya: Judge upholds use of anal probes to define sexuality

MOMBASA, Kenya (AP) — A Kenyan court on Thursday upheld the use of anal examinations to determine a suspect’s sexual orientation, dismissing the argument that the procedure amounts to torture and degrading treatment.

There was no violation of rights or the law, Mombasa High Court Judge Mathew Emukule said.

“I find no violation of human dignity, right to privacy and right to freedom of the petitioners,” he said.

Two men had sought a court ruling to stop enforced anal examinations and HIV tests of men accused of being gay after they were subjected to the procedures.

The two were arrested in a bar near Ukunda along Kenya’s Indian Ocean coast in February 2015 on suspicion of engaging in gay sex, which is a criminal offense in Kenya. They still face the charges and, if convicted, could face 14 years in jail.

In their petition, the men said the anal examinations and HIV and hepatitis B tests they were forced to have amounted to being subjected to torture and degrading treatment.

The judge said the petitioners should have used their lawyers to seek injunction orders to avoid undergoing the tests.

“I sat in court holding my chin in disbelief,” said Eric Gitari, the executive director of the Kenyan National Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission, which has supported the petition. He said the men will appeal.

“It’s so painful when we are trying to encourage the gay community to go to court to affirm their rights; the courts are instead affirming violation of their rights,” Gitari said.

The court judgment means that someone can be arrested on a rumor that they are gay and subjected to these tests, he said. “Do we want to use the nation’s scarce resources on this?”
